Dr Anna Cisło-Pakuluk
DIRECTOR FOR SMALL ANIMALS
A graduate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Wrocław. He has been dealing with eye diseases of dogs, cats and horses since 2005. During her studies, she completed numerous internships and internships, including as a scholarship holder at the University of Budapest and the University of Ludwik Maximilian in Munich, in one of the best centers of veterinary ophthalmology in Europe under the supervision of prof. H. Gerhards. After an internship at a horse hospital, she gained experience in the field of companion animal diseases in one of the largest clinics in Wrocław. Member of the European Society of Veterinary Ophthalmology, a longtime translator of ophthalmic publications for Elsevier, author of many articles in the trade press. He regularly participates in ESVO and ECVO conventions. He has completed a course in cataract surgery using the phacoemulsification method and cryosurgery. She completed the 1st degree course in ophthalmology in Luxembourg and the 2nd degree course in the field of ophthalmic surgery organized in Toulouse. Since 2016, he has additionally been involved in scientific work in the field of applying the latest achievements in regenerative medicine in the treatment of retinal diseases.

Dr n. wet. Mateusz Hecold
Mateusz Hecold in the years 2004-2017, doctor and academic teacher at the Horse Clinic of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, assistant professor and head of the Radiological Laboratory at the Department of Surgery, Department of Large Animal Diseases with the Horse Clinic, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. In 2016, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the impact of training on changes in the shape of bones in young half-blooded horses, thus obtaining a doctorate in veterinary sciences. Dr. Hecold holds the titles of a specialist in equine diseases, a specialist in veterinary radiology, a doctor of the Polish Equestrian Federation (PZJ) and a doctor of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI). Since 2016, a caretaker and veterinary consultant in the sports stable of rally horses in the United Arab Emirates.
The fields of hypiatrics, which Dr. n. Vet. Mateusz Hecold deals with orthopedics, regeneration therapies for joints and tendons (IRAP, stem cells, PRP), physical therapy (high-energy laser therapies, shock wave theraphy and sonotherapy).

Lek. wet. Magdalena Kraińska
A graduate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin in 2012. PhD student at the First Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw at the Department of General and Transplant Surgery. He consults nephrological and urological patients from all over the country, qualifies and performs hemodialysis procedures in dogs and cats, is a co-creator of a modern dialysis station for animals at the 24-hour Veterinary Clinic „Puławska” in Warsaw. She is a co-author and co-organizer of the first Practical Nephrology Workshops for veterinarians in Poland, lecturer at numerous conferences in Poland and abroad, author of articles published in specialist veterinary press and a member of the European Society of Veterinary Nephrology and Urology (ESVNU). In 2020, she began studying surgery at the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS) in Luxembourg. She is of particular interest in acute kidney damage, vascular and transplant surgery, and methods of renal replacement therapy. Leader of the „Nefro-Regen” consortium consisting of scientists from the International Institute of Translational Medicine (MIMT), the National Medicines Institute (NIL) and the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw, whose research was sponsored by the Director of the National Medicines Institute (NIL) in Warsaw.

Lek. wet. Katarzyna Hołownia-Olszak
A graduate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław 2016. Since 2019, he has been deepening his knowledge in the field of canine and feline dentistry. She completed a 3-stage educational program „Small Animal Dentistry for Veterinarians”, organized by the Polish Association of Small Animal Veterinarians, as well as courses in the basics of orthodontics, extraction and facial and maxillary surgery of dogs and cats. He is a member of the EVDS. Her main interests are periodontics and diseases of the oral mucosa.

Mgr Inż. Malwina Mularczyk
PhD student at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław in the field of biological sciences, specializing in industrial biotechnology, mainly in the use of bioactive ingredients for the production of feed additives. She cooperated with the Wrocław Technology Park, where she belonged to an international scientific consortium dealing with the commercialization of biomarkers (BIC, Interreg Baltic Sea). Assistant at the International Institute of Translational Medicine, responsible for the development of liposomal / micellar forms of active substances for the development of feed additives. He specializes in industrial biotechnology, with particular emphasis on the development of innovative horse feed additives, mainly based on metabolites of probiotic bacteria, as well as obtaining and purifying carotenoids with increased antioxidant activity from yeast cells. She has developed the formulation and production technology of two commercially available probiotic products for horses.

Inż. Justyna Kornicka
A graduate of Molecular Biotechnology and Biocatalysis at the Faculty of Chemistry, Wrocław University of Technology. During her engineering studies, she dealt with the search for an alternative method of fighting pathogens and preventing the formation of bacterial infections and epidemic outbreaks. To this end, it synthesized bacterial serine protease inhibitors as a new therapeutic approach. During her master’s studies, under the supervision of the Director of the National Medicines Institute, she worked on the influence of cannabinoids derived from Cannabis sativa L. in the prevention of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. She is a certified specialist in R&D projects. She completed courses in business negotiations, obtaining EU funds and the „Digital Marketing Course” conducted by, among others, Rob Percival. For a year, he has been cooperating with biotechnology companies, the High-tech and IT industry, on obtaining EU funds in prestigious grants and competitions (EU funds, PFR, NCBiR). At the International Institute of Translational Medicine, he continues to study the therapeutic potential of cannabis-derived compounds on ASCs-Adipose-derived stem cells. She is also responsible for the development of innovation, contact with partners and for establishing cooperation.

Inż. Sylwia Groborz
A graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Wrocław University of Technology. During her engineering studies, she was involved in many research projects at the Wrocław University of Technology and at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences at the Laboratory of Molecular and Cell Immunology in Wrocław. In the meantime, she visited Kyungpook National University in South Korea, where she trained the language for several weeks and participated in specialized courses. In addition, she had the opportunity to work with the Dean of the Department of Biotechnology at Thai Nguyen University in North Vietnam (TNUS), where she synthesized anti-cancer drugs and then studied their effects on human cancer cells. He mainly specializes in molecular biology techniques, genetic engineering and tissue cultures. Currently, at the International Institute of Translational Medicine, he deals with molecular diagnostics, studies the therapeutic potential of globulin in adipose tissue stem cells and adipocytes in mares with equine metabolic syndrome (EMS), conducts in vitro tests on stem cells, and develops modern methods of testing the intestinal microflora of animals.

Lic. Piotr Rudnicki
Final year student of Laboratory Techniques in Biology at the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław. Laureate of prestigious scientific competitions, including „Young Minds – Young Minds Project”. He is the Rector’s scholarship holder for outstanding academic results and outstanding scientific achievements. At the International Institute of Translational Medicine, as part of the Implementation Master’s Program, he develops innovative subdural implants with cyclosporine.
